Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our return policy lasts 5 days from the date of delivery. If 5 days have passed since your item was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

Returns are only accepted on products that are marked as “Returnable” on the product page. Items marked as “Non-Returnable” or sold under “Final Sale” or “Special Offers” are not eligible for return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, with tags intact.
  • You must provide a valid order ID or receipt.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or brand unless instructed.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email or SMS. If approved, your refund will be credited automatically to your original payment method via our secure payment partners like Razorpay, Paytm, or Stripe.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method (UPI, wallet, credit/debit card, etc.) within 5–7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Recheck your payment source (bank or wallet)
  2. Contact your payment provider (it may take time to reflect)
  3. Still facing issues? Email us at support@dropstook.com and we’ll assist you.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain categories are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper care

Innerwear, lingerie, and personal hygiene items

Health & personal care products

Food & perishable goods

Downloadable digital items or software

Gift cards and vouchers

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted for:

Return requests made after 5 days but within a reasonable window with valid reason (case-by-case)

Items returned in used or damaged condition

Missing original packaging or parts not due to our error

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Items bought during clearance, flash sales, or seasonal offers are non-refundable unless defective.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.

To request an exchange, contact us at support@dropstook.com within 48 hours of delivery. You’ll need to share a photo/video as proof. Once approved, you may be asked to return the item.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. Once the return is processed, we’ll issue you a coupon code or gift voucher.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be credited to the original buyer.

Return Shipping

  • You’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost (if applicable) may be deducted.
  • We recommend using a trackable courier or shipping insurance for high-value items. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
